Satbayev University hosted “SDG Ambition Accelerator” seminar, organized in partnership with UN Global Contract
“SDG Ambition Accelerator” seminar, organized by Satbayev University in partnership with UN Global Contract, was attended by more than 40 companies from Central Asia, who gathered to discuss strategies for integrating 17 Sustainable Development Goals into their activities. On this day, our University received the representatives of influential companies such as Freedom Holding Corp., JSC HALYK BANK, JSC Kazatomprom, Swiss Capital MFO and many others.
SDG Ambition Accelerator is a unique educational course developed by UN experts that helps business companies accelerate the integration of Sustainable Development Goals into their strategy and operational activities. The program, which is being held for the fourth time in 2023, gathered participants from all over the world and proved its effectiveness.
Over the past three years, representatives of more than 1,600 companies from 90+ countries have passed the Accelerator, and 95% of them said that the program helped them set ambitious new goals. 74% have already publicly announced or are planning to declare their goals.
