  • How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?

    1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.

    2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.

    3. Indicate the group code and code of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) in the application for a grant: 029.

The program is aimed at training bachelor engineers to solve a wide range of engineering problems based on fundamental physical and engineering principles using modern mathematical and computer methods. The mission of the program is to provide the country with highly qualified specialists with fundamental knowledge in the field of natural science and mechanical engineering to work in the field of high-tech engineering.

The program is developed in accordance with the programs of the best research and engineering universities in the world, such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT, Stanford University, University of Cambridge, Georgia Institute of Technology, Pennsylvania State University, Tokyo University, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), Nazarbayev University and others.

 The program is aimed at teaching students the basics of engineering necessary for understanding and applying physical phenomena. We adhere to a wide systems approach when engineering decisions are made with a full understanding of the capabilities and limitations of advanced technologies and their integration.
