I hold a PhD degree in Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications. I defended my doctoral dissertation at Satbayev University. In addition, I am an Associate Professor and an Academician of the International Academy of Informatization. I also serve as a Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the 8th convocation.

At Satbayev University, there is a classroom named after me (located in the main academic building). In short, I am the author of numerous scientific works: over 100 research articles, 7 monographs, and around 10 patents.

Overall, being admitted to the doctoral program and studying at Satbayev University is a dream for many Kazakh students. The fulfillment of that dream proves that the lectures I once attended now play a crucial role in making scientific discoveries, in legislative activities, and in developing laws related to science and technological policy.

The laboratory and research facilities are fully equipped, and the university maintains strong collaboration with international institutions.
