How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?
1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.
2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.
3. Indicate the group code and code of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) in the application for a grant: 029.
Training of young scientists competent in the field of the latest technologies for producing building materials, products and structures, as well as woodworking. The graduate is awarded PhD Doctor academic degree.
Doctoral students study methods of research and development of innovative projects for producing building materials and structures, methods of their production, design of technological lines for their manufacturing, as well as issues of certification and quality control of building materials and structures.
Much attention is paid to elaborating the applied innovative and scientific projects for the real sector of economy.
Doctoral students actively participate in research work under the guidance of foreign consultants. Doctoral study plans include mandatory internships at leading overseas universities. Preparation and defense of dissertation are conducted under the supervision of 2 scientific supervisors, domestic and foreign ones.
Graduates work as teachers, researchers in research centers, universities, in senior positions in national and private companies and other organizations involving in the field of making the building materials and materials science.
