The project “Production of innovative aluminum alloys” with the help of the Commercialization Office received grant funding from JSC Science Foundation. Within the framework of the project, a new deformed aluminum alloy with a working temperature of 300350С was developed. An innovative technology of plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) has been developed and implemented. We obtained the samples of working stages of electric centrifugal pumps made of aluminum alloy with a nanostructured protective ceramic coating. We developed the design of a compact step with an open wheel. Patents registered. A pilot laboratory installation of PEO with a capacity of 420 steps/year was manufactured.

Business partner: LLP TochPribor. The project “Protection against unauthorized access” with the help of the Commercialization Office received grant funding from JSC Science Foundation. The device for protection against unauthorized access (UZNSD) used to ensure the protection and security of confidential data of public and private structures. The advantage of UZNSD is its flexibility and versatility, low overhead costs, which saves time and money, aimed at ensuring the security of information in public and private enterprises.
Charging power station for electric vehicles

LLP PolyTech Electronics. The commercialization office provided full project support and assistance to receive an innovative grant from NATR JSC. Based on the results of the competition, the commission of NATR JSC decided to allocate grant financing to the project. The project aims to organize the production of charging stations and portable chargers for electric vehicles and their subsequent maintenance, which will contribute to the development of electric vehicles.
Production of energy efficient vacuum thermal insulation panels SAVENERGY
A startup company is initiated by leading manager PhD Nurlybaev Ruslan Ergalievich.
LLP SAVENERGY. Business partner: LLP ErnarServis. The Commercialization Office provided full support for the application for grant financing in the framework of the project “Stimulating Productive Innovations” of the World Bank and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the results of the competition, LLP SAVENERGY declared the winner and owner of grant financing. LLP SAVENERGY is engaged in the production of vacuum thermal insulation panels with a low value of thermal conductivity based on domestic raw materials. The new technology used by startup company will reduce the cost of 1m2 of building envelope by 20%, develop constructive solutions for building thermal protection and reduce energy consumption 10 times during the heating season. SAVENERGY heat insulating panels have been tested at the Mordovstroytest Test Center (Russia) and LLC Center for New Building Materials and Technologies (Russia).
