Portable furnace with Peltier elements

The furnace solves the problem related to obtaining the electricity outside of civilization, for example, in the mountains, hunting, fishing, hiking and cycling. Solar panels and portable wind turbines solve the same problem, but they are highly dependent on weather conditions. The furnace created owing to Satbayev University’s scientists does not depend on conditions and provides lighting, heat and stable electric current for charging a mobile phone in any circumstances.

Robotic complex for deposition of the original slot to the glass optics

The proposed robotic complex of cyclical activity will significantly improve the quality of long-term multi-lens lenses, increase transparency of light lenses for increasing the number of contacts, reduce the number of contacts, and increase the number of contacts bright light. Robotic complex is designed to create industrial lenses, glasses, protective glasses for sportsmen-extremals, binoculars, etc.

The device for measuring the sensitivity to a red chin

The digital measuring instrument for determining the sensitivity of gums resolves the problem of determining the optimal span between gums and dental prostheses for its improvement.

"Science Services" mobile application

The application solves the problem related to the lack of a unified database of services for conducting the scientific research and experimental work, accounting for old and modernizing scientific equipment, access to the services of natural scientists and other customers, and ultimately the low competitiveness of scientific institutions.

Hybrid solar power plant for charging the electric vehicles and electrical equipment

The production of solar charging stations solves the issue related to reducing the load on the power grids of cities and contributes to electric vehicle transport growth.

Decorative lamps with a unique design

The creation of a local production of unique designer lamps, table lamps, chandeliers, garlands, night lights, lights, street lights for restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, other companies and houses enhances the aesthetics of urban space and expands the choice of unusual lamps in Kazakhstan.

Production of innovative aluminum alloys

Leading manager: doctor of technical sciences Smagulov Dauletkhan Ulyalovich.

The project “Production of innovative aluminum alloys” with the help of the Commercialization Office received grant funding from JSC Science Foundation. Within the framework of the project, a new deformed aluminum alloy with a working temperature of 300350С was developed. An innovative technology of plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) has been developed and implemented. We obtained the samples of working stages of electric centrifugal pumps made of aluminum alloy with a nanostructured protective ceramic coating. We developed the design of a compact step with an open wheel. Patents registered. A pilot laboratory installation of PEO with a capacity of 420 steps/year was manufactured.
 

Device for protection against unauthorized access

Business partner: LLP TochPribor. The project “Protection against unauthorized access” with the help of the Commercialization Office received grant funding from JSC Science Foundation. The device for protection against unauthorized access (UZNSD) used to ensure the protection and security of confidential data of public and private structures. The advantage of UZNSD is its flexibility and versatility, low overhead costs, which saves time and money, aimed at ensuring the security of information in public and private enterprises.
