How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?
1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.
2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.
3. Indicate the group code and code of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) in the application for a grant: 029.
Degree program aimed at preparing masters of engineering in solid mineral mining field with the emphasis on resource conservation, digitalization and environmental sustainability. The training focuses on creating students' skills in designing and conducting the mining operations due to modern digital information systems and the transition to "green" economy.
Students study advanced mining technologies, gain practical skills in using licensed software products for mining design and optimizing the working drawings. As part of laboratory classes and research projects, they master methods of theoretical and experimental analysis, data processing due to current information technologies, and the use of digital solutions in mining process management.
Program pays particular attention to the environmental aspects of mining: students learn how to implement resource-saving and environmentally sound technologies at all stages of the mining life cycle. In addition, they are developing competencies in the field of digital transformation of the industry, including automation, modeling and intelligent control systems.
Graduates become qualified specialists capable of working in mining enterprises, design and research institutes, engineering centers and environmental services. They are in demand as digital engineers, designers, production process analysts, specialists in environmentally sustainable mining and participants in transformational projects in the mining industry.
