How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?
1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.
2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.
3. Indicate the group code and code of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) in the application for a grant: 029.
An innovative degree program for training the PhD doctors capable of making decisions in the field of managing the production processes of operation and repairing the transport infrastructure facilities due to innovative technologies, as well as the ability to synthesize new knowledge and technologies based on the analysis, planning and evaluation of know-how and scientific achievements in transport infrastructure sustainability sphere.
The basic and specialized training consists of the following disciplines: "Scientific research methods", "Academic writing", "Innovation management in transport", "Science of sustainable transport", "Sustainable development of transport infrastructure", etc.
Specialized training is based on forming the professional competencies in the field of innovation management at land transport infrastructure facilities. Degree program’s special feature is the formation of competencies such as conducting scientific research and applying innovative technologies in designing, operating, maintaining and repairing transport infrastructure facilities.
Graduates can work in government agencies, scientific organizations, universities, scientific laboratories, experimental design bureaus, and enterprises of the transport and communication complex. They work as researchers; teachers, managers in education; designers, managers of transport or transport infrastructure companies; supervisors or managers of innovation development.
