How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?
1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.
2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.
3. Indicate the group code and code of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) in the application for a grant: 029.
PhD program is aimed at training highly qualified researchers and managers of a new generation who are able to develop and implement scientifically sound solutions in the field of logistics, sustainable development of supply chains and digitalization of processes in transport and logistics systems.
Program focuses on evolving the competencies in the field of strategic management of the flows of material, information and financial resources, as well as on creating the skills for independent scientific activity, publication activity and international collaboration.
Program provides for the study of digital supply chain management tools such as big data, artificial intelligence and digital twins, which provides graduates with the high level of digital literacy and relevance of their research.
The interdisciplinary approach allows combining the logistics, economics, engineering and information sciences, forming a holistic vision of advancing the transport and logistics systems for doctoral students. Particular attention is paid to practical orientation: interaction with industrial partners, participation in digitalization projects, evolvement of infrastructure solutions and internships abroad make training as close as possible to the real challenges of the industry.
Graduates of the program are in demand both in the scientific and educational field, as well as in logistics, consulting, IT companies, government agencies and international organizations, where they act as initiators and leaders of changes in logistics and supply chain management.
