How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?
1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.
2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.
3. Indicate the group code and code of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) in the application for a grant: 029.
Innovative degree program is aimed at training competent experts in the field of transport infrastructure.
Graduates will receive an academic degree of a master of engineering and technology with a 1.5-year of study or a master of technical sciences with a 2-year of study.
Undergraduates study the issues of expertise and certification of land transport infrastructure facilities and learn how to conduct technical expertise and certification of railway infrastructure facilities, including condition diagnostics and assessment of compliance with regulatory requirements. For the given purpose, the following disciplines are studied: "Innovative transport infrastructure", "Technical expertise in transport", "Methods of testing the railway transport", "Theory of setting up the engineering experiment", etc.
Graduates can work in industrial enterprises related to the operation, maintenance and repair of transport infrastructure facilities; in government agencies related to the operation, maintenance and repair of transport infrastructure facilities; in conformity assessment bodies; in organizations related to technical expertise; in scientific and educational organizations. They work as experts in verifying the conformity of railway infrastructure; quality control inspectors; quality engineers; inspectors of quality and acceptance of construction and installation works.
