"Best university teacher" contest in 2023
The winners’ names of "Best University Teacher -2023" contest became known. Republican Competition Commission selected the best of the best in the profession.
In total, 768 applicants from 80 higher educational institutions of the country participated in the given contest. The competition evaluated such indicators as development and publication of electronic educational resources, educational materials, scientific publications in domestic and international journals, availability of patents for inventions, etc. The applicant's teaching quality, their work on training in Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate were evaluated as well.
The winners were 150 teachers from 43 Kazakhstani higher educational institutions. They included eight teachers of our university:
- Yeligbayeva Gulzhakhan Zhakparovna, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Petroleum Engineering at the Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Business;
- Amralinova Bakytzhan Bazarbekovna, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Associate Professor of the Department of Geological Survey, Prospecting and Exploration of Mineral Deposits;
- Abdiev Kaldybek Zhamshayevich, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Chemical Processes and Industrial Ecology of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute;
- Moldabayeva Gulnaz Zhaksylykovna, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Petroleum Engineering at the Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Business;
- Kyrgyzbayeva Guldana Meirambekovna, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Surveying and Geodesy of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute
- Belkozhaev Ayaz Maratovich, Master's degree, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering of the Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Business;
- Abdikadyrov Askar Aitmyrzaevich, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Space Technologies at the Institute of Automation and Information Technology;
- Aitkazinova Shynar Kasymkanovna, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Associate Professor of the Department of Surveying and Geodesy of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute;
- Shalenov Erik Ongarovich, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Professor of the Department of General Physics at the Institute of Energy and Mechanical Engineering;
- Zhursumbayeva Mariyamkul Burkanovna, Ph.D., Professor of the Department of Chemical Processes and Industrial Ecology of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute;
- Kuttybayeva Ainur Ermekkalievna, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Space Technologies at the Institute of Automation and Information Technology;
- Omarova Zhansaya Bagdatkyzy, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Senior Lecturer at the Department of Standardization, Certification and Metrology of the Institute of Energy and Mechanical Engineering
- Marksuli Sungat, Master's degree, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Space Technologies of the Institute of Automation and Information Technology;
- Utebayeva Dana Zholdybaykyzy, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Senior lecturer at the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Space Technologies at the Institute of Automation and Information Technology.
Each of them will receive a bonus of 2000 MCI. In addition to monetary incentives, “Best University Teacher” competition winners will receive a badge.
