A Business Systematization Workshop Held at Satbayev University with Expert Aslan Zhumabayev
The Project Management Institute of Satbayev University, in collaboration with KIT Almaty, hosted a two-day workshop led by renowned business systematization expert Aslan Zhumabayev. As the founder of THE ONE SYSTEM, Aslan has helped over 1,000 companies streamline their processes and increase their combined revenue by $1.5 billion. He has also trained more than 12,000 entrepreneurs.
The workshop attracted participants eager to elevate their businesses to new heights. Over the course of two intensive days, they explored the fundamentals of a systematic management approach, analyzed the effectiveness of business owners, developed sales models, and mastered the art of delegation. Special attention was given to building strong teams and effective financial management. Attendees also engaged in analyzing real-world case studies of Kazakhstani companies, gaining valuable insights into applying theoretical knowledge in practice.
Practical assignments allowed entrepreneurs to see their businesses from a fresh perspective: identifying weaknesses, pinpointing growth opportunities, and outlining steps for future development. Many participants noted that working on real-life challenges provided them with actionable tools to enhance their projects.
This event was more than just a training session—it became an important platform for exchanging experiences, inspiring ideas, and finding solutions to current challenges.
