Dive into the Future of AI: Acesyri Summer School 2025 Opens Registration

The Department of Software Engineering, Satbayev University invites everyone to participate in the annual Acesyri Summer School 2025, as part of the ACeSYRI Erasmus+ project, dedicated to creating an innovative infrastructure for international cooperation between students, researchers and teachers of Kazakhstani and European universities. The event will be held from June 9 to June 20, 2025 at Satbayev University in both online and offline formats.

The summer school is dedicated to the study of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and data analysis. The program is built from basic topics to more complex ones, providing a gradual and deep immersion into the material. As part of the summer school, we offer:

1. Introduction to AI and Machine Learning The basics of AI and working with text as a simple entry point for beginners.

2. Trainable algorithms and machine learning The study of basic models: linear and logistic regression, the basics of neural networks.

3. Application of machine learning in various industries

Real-world use cases in industry, agriculture, and the environment.

4. Deep Learning (DL) Image and text analysis using advanced DL models.

5. Working with big data Processing data with Apache Spark and MongoDB, communication with machine learning.

6. Natural language processing (NLP) Development of tools for the Kazakh language, including POS taggers and lemmatizers.

7. AI in Media Content generation: text, images, voice, video.

8. Ethics and application of AI Discussion of the impact of AI on society and ethical issues.

The program is based on the principle of "from simple to complex" and includes both theoretical and practical exercises.
