International Internships for MBA and EMBA Students: A Step Towards Global Leadership
The Project Management Institute of Satbayev University активно develops international cooperation, providing MBA and EMBA students with opportunities to study and undertake internships at leading foreign universities.
Within the framework of existing agreements, students gain access to modern educational practices that combine theoretical knowledge with real business case studies and intercultural interaction. This approach enhances strategic thinking and builds competencies востребованные in the global economy.
In the fall semester of 2025, 22 graduate students successfully completed an internship at SITE Swiss University, where they completed 8 educational modules covering key aspects of business management. Upon completion, participants received international certificates confirming their high level of training and practical skills.
In April 2026, an internship for 20 graduate students is planned at the Graduate School of Business of University Sains Malaysia. The program includes 9 modules and focuses on innovative approaches to management, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.
These initiatives contribute to improving the quality of education through the integration of international standards, strengthening academic partnerships, and fostering a new generation of managers capable of addressing global challenges, contributing to sustainable economic growth, and promoting modern management practices.
