More than 30 companies participated in the job fair at Satbayev University to support young engineers at their career start

Satbayev University hosted "Job Fair 2025" for university graduates and undergraduates, where more than 30 employer companies presented their vacancies and internships. Key employers of the country are among the participants, including Kentau Transformer Plant, AVC Group, Lukoil, KAZ Minerals, Kazgiproneftetrans engineering company and RBK Bank.

All organizations have provided students and graduates of Satbayev University with a wide range of career opportunities, internships and development programs, demonstrating a high interest in training young technical specialists. One of them is AVC Group, a large Kazakhstani company operating in the oil and gas and refining industry. AVC Group specializes in turnkey integrated engineering services, from the design and supply of equipment to the construction, commissioning and maintenance of facilities.

Zhanna Tyulebayeva, a leading specialist in AVC Group's PR and marketing department, spoke about working with students and graduates of Satbayev University, emphasizing that the company is interested in long-term relationships with talented young professionals, and many of those who complete internships later stay to work. To support future engineers, the company provides a special scholarship: each of the winners of the competition receives 50,000 tenge per month.

"We want to support students so that they can study without being distracted by part-time jobs. The scholarship helps them focus on their growth and make the most of their opportunities," Zhanna Tyulebayeva said.

In addition, AVC Group is preparing to expand cooperation: it is planned to launch an internship program at petrochemical and oil refineries in Atyrau and Pavlodar, which will open up new opportunities for students of specialized engineering fields.

Other companies are also attentive to Satbayev University students. The 2025 Job Fair once again demonstrated that University's cooperation with leading companies creates real opportunities for professional growth and a successful career start for young professionals.
