New Vice-rector for Academic Affairs has been appointed at Satbayev University

A new Vice-rector for Academic Affairs, Saule Balgayevna Sherubai, has been appointed at Satbayev University. The new Vice-rector's area of responsibility includes the development of degree programs, improvement of education internal standards and coordination of institutes’ academic activities. Particular attention is being planned to be paid to integrating the science and education, as well as further digitalization of educational processes.

Saule Sherubai is a highly qualified specialist in higher education and science, winner of “Bolashak” international scholarship program, graduate of Essex University (Great Britain). She has worked in the higher education system for more than 22 years, holding executive and senior positions in the Ministry of RK Science and Higher Education.

Satbayev University, which has been forming the engineering elite of Kazakhstan for more than 90 years, consistently strengthens its management team to realize "Science and education for the benefit of people" mission and achieve ambitious goals of transformation into the major technical hub in Central Asia.
