Another lecture was held at Satbayev University as part of "Zan men Tartip" initiative, dedicated to forming a legal culture and a conscious attitude towards one's actions. The speaker emphasized that compliance with the law is not a formality, but a personal position of each person. During the meeting, the risks of involvement in illegal activities and importance of internal discipline for professional and life success were discussed.

Talgat Kozhabek, a representative of the Bostandyk district prosecutor's office, emphasized in his lecture that "Responsibility is your decision"; the given idea became the key to the entire conversation. The students were reminded that it is the daily choices that determine their future, reputation, and opportunities. Such events strengthen the values of honesty, respect for the rule of law and create an atmosphere of conscious civic behavior at the university.
