Satbayev University and the University of Exeter have signed an agreement to launch a dual degree program

As part of the International Forum of Strategic Partners "Kazakhstan – the Center of Academic Knowledge", held on October 30–31, 2025 in Astana with the participation of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, an agreement was signed to establish a dual degree program between Satbayev University and the University of Exeter (UK).

The signing ceremony took place at the Palace of Independence.

The agreement provides for the launch of dual degree programs in the following three areas:

• MSc Minerals Processing
• MSc Applied Data Science (Environment and Sustainability)
• MSc Business Analytics

This collaboration offers students the opportunity to obtain two degrees from two leading universities — Satbayev University and the University of Exeter — simultaneously. It also expands access to international academic resources, modern educational methodologies, and a global research infrastructure.
