Satbayev University Career Center organized the annual Job Fair – 2024
On April 17, 2024, the Career Center held the annual "Job Fair 2024", where students and employers were able to meet face to face.
The Job Fair is one of the key events for both the university and its students. Such events are popular with employers, because they allow you to get acquainted with a large number of graduates within a few hours and replenish the databases of potential employees of your companies. Graduates have a chance to get an invitation to an interesting job in a prestigious company.
During the Job Fair, students and graduates:
- We met with representatives of well-known companies that offered internship positions and vacancies in various industries;
- We got acquainted with new companies that are just starting their activities, but already offer interesting vacancies;
- We learned about the requirements, necessary skills and qualities that employers are looking for from candidates for various vacancies;
- We learned about internship programs and other opportunities for students and young professionals;
- We have received valuable advice and recommendations from professionals working in various fields of activity.
More than 40 leading employer companies took part in the Fair. The event was attended by more than 1,500 senior students. They listened attentively to the presentations of the companies and asked questions.
Representatives of "Otbasy bank", "AVC Group", "PSI Engineering", "AK Altynalmas" and others spoke at the Fair. Students were given flyers and stickers, backpacks, hoodies and pens. The fair was held in a lively and interested atmosphere.
Now students can imagine how to prepare for real employment and are ready to practice at work.
