Satbayev University is continuing to develop global cooperation

At the end of October, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Satbayev University Bakhyt Zhautikov took part in the opening of Coordinated Center for Transport and Technology in Jining and III Competition of Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship of SCO member states in Qingdao as an international expert.

The trip was initiated by Chinese Technology Transfer Center of Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states and included visits to Shandong University of Science and Technology, Shandong Tobacco Academy and Shandong Agricultural University. The given negotiations contributed to the establishment of new ties in the field of education and integration of University into the global educational community.

Bakhyt Zhautikov held talks with representatives of Chinese universities, discussing the issues of cooperation within the framework of academic mobility and double-degree education programs. Memorandum of cooperation was also signed between Satbayev University and Sunshine Hygiene and Health Care Technology Jiangyin (Jining, China).

Sunshine Hygiene and Health Care Technology Jiangyin is an innovative startup that successfully works in the field of creation and production of span lace, melt blown and composite nonwovens. Company's products are mainly used in the field of hygienic and medical materials, such as dry and wet wipes, face masks and bed linen. It provides modern solutions in the field of healthcare, combining advanced technologies with high quality standards.

Company is planning to collaborate with “Chemical Processes and Industrial Ecology” department.
