Satbayev University Silver University invites children and adults to take part in short film shootings

The creative group “Kúmis kadr” of Satbayev University Silver University invites children and adults to become actors in two original short feature films. This is a volunteer project with festival ambitions. The films "Hello" and "Purely Japanese" will be produced on a volunteer basis, but with a serious approach to quality and further film promotion.

We are looking for:

• A woman (30–40 years old);
• A girl (4–5 years old);
• A girl (10–12 years old);
• Students (one girl and two boys).

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers with expressive facial expressions. Acting experience is welcome but not required — the main thing is naturalness on camera and liveliness in interaction with partners.

Filming will take place in Almaty city. Estimated shooting dates: October–November 2025. The films will be submitted to festivals and competitions (including international ones). The exact schedule will be announced later. Shooting will take no more than 2–3 days.
