Students from Satbayev University introduced national sports to foreign students

Today, Satbayev University hosted one of the most exciting events celebrating Nauryz Meiramy – National Sports Day! Students, teachers and guests of the university plunged into the atmosphere of Kazakh traditions, competing in games that test strength, agility and endurance.

Competitions in archery, ball games, tug of war, togyzkumalak and other national sports were held at specially organized venues. Tradition, excitement and fortitude united the participants, creating an atmosphere of unity and friendly rivalry, and the audience supported them with loud ovations.

Jewelry workshops and an art gallery where you could see the work of talented students became a special part of the holiday. The day ended with the award ceremony, and the guests were treated to hot tea, pilaf and traditional baursaks.

National Sports Day is not just a competition, but an opportunity to touch the rich cultural heritage of the Kazakh people.
