The company "Lukoil Lubricants Central Asia" held a presentation of the "Perspective" project at Satbayev University

A presentation for students of the project of the company “Lukoil Lubricants Central Asia” was held at Satbayev University.

HR Manager Sergey Barbashov told how to take part in the Perspektiva project, what requirements and what opportunities await graduates, showed the career growth of young specialists who graduated from Satbayev University in 2022 and 2023. Sergey Barbashov encouraged graduates to take part in this project, even if they do not meet all the criteria, as the motivation and desire of graduates to work in the company's team decides a lot.

Lukoil Lubricants Central Asia is the largest producer and supplier of petroleum products, in particular lubricants in Kazakhstan and throughout Central Asia.

The company has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2016 and is interested in attracting graduates of technical specialties to its production. This is not the first meeting of the company with students of Satbayev University and the presentation of the Perspektiva project on the selection and recruitment of young Kazakhstani specialists.
