We invite you to take part in the student competition "The best 3D designer"
The Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Institute of Energy and Mechanical Engineering invites you to take part in the competition "The best 3D Designer" among students!
This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your talents and skills in the field of three-dimensional modeling.
Participation in the competition is open to all students who are interested in 3D modeling. As a task, it is necessary to develop a project using 3D modeling software. The project must be original and have practical application.
Stage 1 – Qualifying round – April 5, 2023
- the organizers will provide a 2D drawing of the model (top view, front view).
Stage 2 – Main Tour – April 6, 2023
- the organizers will provide a ready-made model of the part so that in the future participants can take measurements with a measuring tool;
- 3D printing;
- identification of winners.
The evaluation criteria will be based on:
- modeling quality;
- aesthetics of the project;
- practical significance.
The competition will be held at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IME room 201.
