We invite you to the first Biennial of Satbayev University for young architects, designers and artists

Satbayev University invites everyone to the first Biennial for Young Architects, Designers and Artists, which will be held on August 7, 8 and 9, 2024. This is a unique event organized by the T.K.Basenov Institute of architecture and civil engineering as part of the university's anniversary events, which will bring together young talents and famous graduates of the Faculty of Architecture.

The Biennale will host:

• An exhibition of works of art: Participants will present their works on the theme "Native Land", made in various techniques.
• Exhibition of alumni achievements: You will see the best works of architects-graduates of Satbayev University from different years. 
• Lectures on art and painting workshops: Ekaterina Reznikova will share her knowledge and experience, and teachers Umirbek Zhubaniyazov and Andrey Starkov will help you take your first step in painting.

Within the framework of the Biennale, participants will be able to take part in excursions to museums and exhibitions of the university, as well as around the city of Almaty. You will be able to get acquainted with ethnography, the history of technical discoveries, architectural and cultural sights of the city.
