We’re inviting you to "Mediation and conflict resolution skills" lecture

Satbayev University is inviting the teachers and students to a guest lecture on the basics of the negotiation process and peculiarities of behavior in conflict situations.

The lecture is held within the framework of "Popularization of the institute of mediation and dispute resolution" project, implemented by Public Association "Man and Society" with the support of Public Development Department in Almaty. The speaker will be a professional coach on conflict behavior.
