Work begins here: Satbayev University students met with employers

Satbayev University hosted the SU–2026 Job Fair, bringing together the country's leading technology companies, including KAZ Minerals, Halyk Bank, Halliburton Kazakhstan, the Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. consortium, and others. The event has become an effective platform for students to explore career opportunities and establish direct contact with potential employers.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Saule Sherubay addressed the participants with the welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives for integrating the education, science and industry, and creating conditions for the professional growth of students.

During the fair, the companies presented their stands, talked about their activities, corporate culture and open vacancies. Students actively interacted with employers, learned about the requirements for candidates and career prospects, and conducted express interviews as well.

The fair received positive feedback from the participants. Students obtained useful contacts and a practical understanding of the labor market, and employers gained the opportunity to meet promising specialists. The holding of SU-2026 confirmed the role of Satbayev University as a key platform for interaction between education and business, contributing to evolvement of Kazakhstan's human resources potential.
