Akerkin Yeraliyeva, head of Satbayev University Business School, took part in the press conference, speaking about the role of women's entrepreneurship in Almaty.

"The main trend I see is women's desire for innovation and technology business," she said. - Women are actively exploring new areas such as IT technology, ecotechnology, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.

According to her, modern businesswomen have become much more confident in their abilities, evolve leadership skills and expand their knowledge in finance and management sphere. They are increasingly using digital technologies to automate processes, which makes their companies more flexible and competitive.

 “The support of the state and the city plays a key role in advancing the women's business,” the speaker emphasized. - In Almaty, as the country's largest economic center, businesswomen gain access to government programs, preferential loans, and can also develop through educational initiatives such as Women in Business platform.

Akerkin Yeraliyeva also noted that Satbayev University plays an important role in training the personnel for the technology business. University is developing business platforms where students can study business administration, as well as master technical specialties, including IT and thermal technologies.
