Let me congratulate you on Independence Day of Kazakhstan! This day reminds us of the importance of the choice made in 1991, when a new chapter in the history of our country began. Independence is not only a reason for pride, but also our shared responsibility for the future.

Kazakhstan is bringing out the knowledge economy, which should be based on science and innovation.
