Educational Grants of the "Qazaqstan Khalqyna" Public Foundation for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The Foundation provides grants for applicants from socially vulnerable groups who did not receive a state or other grant to pay for higher education under bachelor's degree programs.

Applicants may submit their applications to the University’s Admissions Committee from August 1 to August 17.

Who is eligible to apply for the grant?

Applicants who passed the UNT (Unified National Testing) and scored the required passing score for admission to Satbayev University (KazNITU) and who fall into one of the following categories:

• From low-income families in rural areas, small towns, or mono-towns;
• Orphans or those left without parental care until adulthood;
• Persons with disabilities;
• From families raising children with disabilities;
• Children of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who died during the tragic events of January 2022;
• Children injured during the tragic events of January 2022.

The grant is personalized, non-transferable, and provided once. It cannot be awarded to individuals who already have a higher education degree, who have been awarded a state educational grant for a bachelor’s degree funded by the national or local budget, or who are pursuing a second higher education or online learning.
