Future sergeants of Satbayev University Reserve took military oath

A solemn ceremony of taking the military oath of Institute graduates, who studied under the "reserve sergeant" program was held at Satbayev University Military Affairs Institute. In the solemn ceremony, 480 students vowed to faithfully fulfill their military duty, faithfully serve their Homeland and defend its interests and independence.

Military Department of Satbayev University has been training qualified reserve sergeants for many years, combining the engineering education with military training. Students study the basics of tactics, charters, technical disciplines, undergo combat, fire and physical training, and also learn how to act as part of units.

Graduates of the military department successfully apply their acquired skills both in military service and in civilian life, demonstrating a high level of training, organization and leadership skills. The military oath is an important stage in the life of each of the young engineers who have received a second military specialty at their native university.
