Honorary Professor of LTU Waldemar Voichik visited Satbayev University

At the university, Professor Waldemar Voichik (Lublin Technical University, Lublin city, Poland) gave a course of lectures on the topic "Optoelectronic and electronic systems" and their applications, undergraduates and doctoral students in "Automation and Robotics" specialty. As part of the work, the professor gave a series of consultations to PhD students, giving advice on research topics.

Within the framework of the visit, a memorandum on academic mobility under Master's program was concluded between Satbayev University and Lublin Technical University, which gives our undergraduates the opportunity to study in Poland.

Technical University "Lublin Polytechnic" (Politechnika Lubelska) is the most prestigious state university in Poland with a technical direction, the university ranks 1563 place among state universities in the world. It also offers very high level training, mainly in engineering.  University actively attracts employers from prestigious Polish companies to communicate with alumni and students.

The campus of the university is located in Lublin center, in the vicinity of the university there are many food outlets, a transport network, 4 student dormitories, several clubs and a sports complex; part of the university is housed in historic buildings. The university has many student organizations, a diving club, a sports shooting section, a kickboxing club, a yacht club.
