Rector's congratulations on the Republic Day 2025

Dear colleagues, students, and dear friends!

I congratulate you on Republic Day!

35 years ago, Kazakhstan declared to the whole world the right to independently determine its own destiny and build a just, modern state. Adopting the Declaration of State Sovereignty marked the beginning of a new era in the country’s history.

Since the first years of independence, Satbayev University’s scientists and graduates have made a huge contribution to the preservation and development of Kazakhstan's industrial potential. Today, based on the experience of the older generation, we continue to move forward - we are forming new scientific schools, introducing modern technologies, and training professionals of the future.

Kanysh Imantayevich Satbayev said: "Science should serve the land on which people live." These words remain a true guide for us. Satbayev University, the first and only national research technical university in Kazakhstan, has always been at the forefront of change, preserving the continuity of generations and opening the way for young researchers.

Every teacher, engineer, scientist and student contributes to the present and future of the Republic, where knowledge and work are the main sources of well-being and progress.

On this festive day, I wish you good health, inspiration and new achievements for the benefit of our Motherland!
