Satbayev University accepted students from China under the academic mobility program

International cooperation programs are actively underway at Satbayev University: 18 students from Xi'an Railway Vocational Technical Institute (China) have arrived for academic mobility training. For three months, they will study engineering disciplines, master modern technologies and share knowledge with their Kazakh peers.

"We are glad to welcome our Chinese colleagues and students! – representatives of Satbayev University School of Transport Engineering and Logistics noted. "Our university always strives to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and fruitful exchange of ideas, and we hope that this experience will open up new opportunities for us to grow and develop in the technical education sphere."

Together with the students, 4 teachers arrived at the university to share their experiences. Joint research projects have already been planned, and the work promises to be very productive. At the moment, Satbayev University’s 9 students are already studying in China under the 2+2 double degree program and it is planned to send 8 students to China to study under the same program. This is another significant step in evolving the partnership between universities.
