Satbayev University begins cooperation with the company “Integro Expert”

On January 12, 2024, representatives of Satbayev University met with the management of the Integro Expert company to sign a memorandum of cooperation. This document was signed by Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering Systems and Networks Vladlena Shevtsova and General Director of Integro Expert Vladimir Alekseev. The parties discussed the next steps and outlined a plan for joint cooperation for the near future.

"Integro Expert" is a company that has been providing services in the field of health and safety, industrial safety and ecology for 20 years. The memorandum of cooperation with this company involves participation in coordinating the topics of theses and scientific research, organizing seminars, round tables, conferences, participating in the Satbayev University Job Fair, conducting practical training and internships for university students and graduates.

As a result of the agreement reached, on the basis of the branch of the department "Engineering Systems and Networks" it will be possible to undergo training in the course "Occupational Safety and Health" and receive a state certificate, which is necessary for every current or future managerial employee and people responsible for occupational safety and health at any production. The first graduation of the course has already passed - after its successful completion, the master's students of the educational program "Hygiene and Occupational Safety and Health at Work" were issued certificates.

For a more in-depth study of safety issues at work, an additional educational program (Minor) “Technosphere Safety” has been opened.

In the near future, joint scientific developments on personal protective equipment for workers and their introduction into production are planned.
