Satbayev University has opened Advantek laboratory in production automation field

The latest production automation tools have become even more accessible to students of Satbayev University - last week “Advantek” Industrial automation laboratory was opened at University. Laboratory was opened on the basis of Automation and Control Department at Automation and Information Technology Institute, "Industrial Automation" forum with the participation of leading companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in automation was timed to coincide with the given event.

“Advantek” laboratory was opened within the framework of Cooperation memorandum concluded between Satbayev University and Advantek Engineering, a well-known supplier of solutions for automation of aggregates, technological processes and productions in Kazakhstan. Satbayev University is the only university in Kazakhstan that has signed the agreement with this promising, innovative company.

“Advantek Engineering” specializes in the field of automated control of gas/steam turbines, compressor and gas piston installations and is a developer and supplier of automated process control systems with complex control circuits and increased safety requirements in oil and gas, energy, chemistry and other industrial applications.

“Advantek” Industrial Automation Laboratory is exactly dedicated to these topics, equipped with visualization systems based on Master Scada and equipment from leading manufacturers in the field of automation: Supcon, Crevis, Red Lion and so on. Laboratory’s main purpose is to train personnel, exchange experience and jointly develop modern high-tech solutions in industrial automation field.
