Satbayev University has opened its representative office in Uzbekistan
International University of Kimyo (Tashkent city, Uzbekistan). During the visit, the two universities signed the agreement of intent to open Satbayev University representative office on the basis of Kimyo International University in Tashkent.
The signed agreement provides for cooperation in science and higher technical education sphere, as well as the development of joint programs. Thus, Satbayev University is planning to open such educational programs as Space engineering, IT-technologies, Material science and Mechanical Engineering in Tashkent.
Tashkent International University Kimyo is the first private higher education institution in Uzbekistan, which was established in 2018 as "Yoju Technical Institute" in Tashkent.
Now the university consists of five higher 5 educational schools and trains highly qualified specialists in 29 Bachelor's degree specialties and 20 Master's degree specialties in full-time, correspondence and evening forms of education in Uzbek, Russian and English. The total number of students is more than 40 thousand.
Satbayev University representative office in Uzbekistan will provide Uzbek students with the opportunity to receive a high-quality education in engineering field and will be an important step in advancing the cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in science and higher technical education sphere. We hope that the given collaboration will lead to the creation of new innovative projects and will help the development of the economy and technological progress in the region.
