Satbayev University has taken the highest positions in degree programs “Atameken” rating
The rating results of degree programs of National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" in 2023 have been summed up. Satbayev University continues to occupy a leading position among technical universities - on average, 88% of graduates of our university find a job in their specialty within five months after graduation. At the same time, about 20% of students who have completed their Bachelor continue their studies in Master's, and about 5% of undergraduates choose a scientific path and go to Doctorate.
Two programs of Automation and Information Technologies Institute "Information Systems" and "Information Security Systems", as well as one program of A. Burkitbayev Institute of Energy and Mechanical Engineering - "Standardization and Certification" became the most popular at University. Graduates of these programs find jobs 100% of the time.
The leading programs in the rating of previous years, Automation and Robotics program and Robotics and Mechatronics program, marked as the best program in 2021, maintain a high percentage of employment - 98.9% and 97.8%, respectively.

In 2023, universities were evaluated according to 19 criteria. Among them, the main ones are the employment of graduates, quality indicators, achievements, as well as the speed with which they found work after graduation. Another important aspect was the assessment of the relevance of degree programs content. A total of 2,090 degree programs participated in the rating, 100,235 graduates were analyzed, and more than 190 industry experts from all regions of Kazakhstan evaluated the programs. This year, “Atameken” has been conducting an independent assessment of degree programs of universities in Kazakhstan for the sixth year.
