Satbayev University is retaining its position in Webometrics ranking
World Ranking Web of Universities (Webometrics) 2021, which is compiled every six months, has been published. Satbayev University has retained its position among the top five universities in the country.
132 universities took part in the ranking. Among them, the best universities in the country included Nazarbayev University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Satbayev University, Khoja Ahmed Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. Satbayev University ranked 4th place in the overall Kazakhstan ranking.
Webometrics Ranking of World Universities is a global ranking based on the combined indicator that takes into account the relevance of the university's website and publications of its research scientists in Scopus and Google Scholar scientometric systems. The rating is considered one of the most significant scientometric ratings that are valued all over the world.
