Satbayev University’s young scientists received apartment keys for achievements in science

Two more young scientists from Satbayev University received apartments in recognition of their significant contribution to the national science growth. The ceremony took place at the expanded board meeting of Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where Minister Sayassat Nurbek presented the housing certificates to young researchers.

The owners of the new apartments were Nurbek Tengebayev, senior lecturer at Construction and Building Materials Department, Denis Tkachenko, a leading engineer at Mechanical Engineering Department. Their elaborations in the field of engineering and advanced technologies contribute to strengthening the country’s scientific potential and find application in industry.

Speaking at the ceremony with the speech of thanks, Nurbek Tekebayev noted the importance of state support for young professionals:

"I want to thank you for the opportunity to develop science, for the support and working conditions," he said. - Financing of mega-grants allows young scientists to gain scientific experience, equip laboratories, introduce developments into production and develop “education-science-production-business” system.

Implementing the Message of State’s Head, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is currently paying special attention to the development of science and technology. Awarding the housing certificates to young scientists is not only a recognition of their achievements, but also an important step in developing the country's scientific potential. Thanks to this support, Satbayev University scientists can focus on their research, executing cutting-edge elaborations and actively forming the Central Asian technology hub, thereby strengthening the university's position as the leading technical university in the region.
