Teachers of Satbayev University are recognized as the best in the profession
The winners’ names of "The best university teacher - 2022" contest became known. The competition commission selected 150 best teachers of Kazakhstan. They included eight teachers of Satbayev University:

- Sana Kanatbekovna Kabdrakhmanova
- Elmira Orynbassarovna Orynbassarova
- Tatyana Alexandrovna Chepushtanova
- Yenlik Serikovna Beginbayeva
- Nurzhigit Kuralbayevich Smaylov
- Gulzada Myshgyshkyzy Koishina
- Ainaz Kairatovna Abildina
This is an achievement for Polytec, since more than half of the thirteen people who submitted documents for the competition received the award, which confirms the high quality of education and scientific work at the university. The winners received cash prizes as well as badges.
The contest is held annually with the purpose to increase the prestige of the teaching profession and encourage them to further professional growth. About a thousand applicants participate annually, who are evaluated according to such indicators as elaboration and publication of educational materials, scientific publications, inventions, etc.
Much attention is paid to teaching.
- The quality of the applicant's teaching, their work on training in Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate was evaluated," said Vice-Minister for Science and Higher Education Kuanysh Yergaliyev.
The competition was held on the basis of Ministry's information system, so that participants could observe the progress of all selection stages and make sure of its transparency.
