There was DMG MORI training seminar in Satbayev University
October 27, 2017 there was a training seminar of the DMG MORI Company organized together with Satbayev University under the chairmanship of vice rector for science of Satbayev University Murat Orunkhanov. The seminar was dedicated to turning and milling machines of the latest generation. The representative of the DMG MORI Company Daulet Alinov and director of the FabLab production laboratory Bauyrzhan Sarsenbayev led the seminar.
DMG MORI concern is the world's innovative leader in the field of metalworking. DMG MORI milling 5-axis machines with program control were the last generation of machines that was designed to produce high-tech mechanisms for medicine, cosmonautics, etc. Satbayev University laboratory purchased one of these machines.
"These machines are just entering the Kazakhstan market," said Murat Orunkhanov, "Satbayev University will become a pioneer in learning to work on such machines. Our students will come to the industry fully prepared to work with the most modern technologies."
The FabLab production laboratory are planning combine the trainings with orders for the production of high-tech products. The machines allow to produce a wide range of products and in the future to realize the concept of "individual" production, in which products are produced in a single copy fully according with the requirements of the customer.
At the end of the seminar, the participants visited the FabLab laboratory, got acquainted with the work of the machine in action, discussed technical issues related to its capabilities.
