From July 15 to September 10, 2024 at Satbayev University at st. Gabdullin, 2 the Situation center for accommodation in hostels operates. In the Situation center University employees provide consultations to applicants, students and their parents on issues of settling students in a dormitory. Submission of student applications for a place in the dormitory will be carried out from August 10 to August 21, 2024 on the university’s online platform dormitory.satbayev.university (documents are accepted only in electronic format).

The Сommission distributes places in the dormitory for undergraduate students of 1-5 courses on the basis of electronic submission of the student’s application in accordance with the priorities for the settlement of students approved by the Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022 No. 219 “On approval of the Rules for the distribution of places in dormitories of higher and higher education organizations (or) postgraduate education.”
