He graduated from Kazakh National Technical University named after K.A. Satpayev in 2008 with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography, and graduated from the University of International Business in 2011 He graduated from Eurasian University named after L.N. Gumilyov with a Master's degree in Technical Sciences in 2015 with a degree in Finance.

From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a cartographer, aerial geodesist at the Department of Remote Sensing of the Earth of the RSE "Kazgeokart" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management, from 2012 to 2013 he worked as the chief expert of the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Geodetic Control of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management.

From 2013 to 2014, he worked as the chief specialist of the Geodesy and Cartography Department of the Department of Regulation of Land Relations and Geodesy of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From March to June 2014, he was Deputy Director and Chief Engineer of the Soltustikgeodeziya branch of the Kazgeodeziya State Agricultural Enterprise of the Land Resources Management Committee.

From 2014 to 2018, he worked as the director of the branch of the RSE "Kazgeodesia" "Soltustikgeodesia" of the Committee on Land Management.

From 2018 to 2020, he worked as the CEO of Dives Group LLP.

From 2020 to 2021, he worked as the head of the production and technical department of the RSE "GISHAGI" of the Land Resources Management Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since July 2021, Deputy Director of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "State Institute of Agricultural Aerial Geodetic Surveys (GISHAGI)" of the Committee on Land Resources Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
