Forum 'Kazakhstani Tenge: Global Challenges' Held at Satbayev University
Satbayev University hosted the forum titled “Kazakhstan Tenge: Global Challenges.” The event was held as part of the university’s 90th anniversary celebrations, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of K.I. Satpayev and the upcoming Financier’s Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The forum was organized by the Project Management Institute.
The forum brought together representatives of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Financial Monitoring Agency of Kazakhstan, second-tier banks, insurance companies, leading scholars, and practitioners in the financial sector. Participants discussed pressing issues related to global challenges and prospects for the financial market, emphasizing the importance of sustainable development and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Special attention was given to issues such as adapting the population to global challenges, utilizing financial literacy as a tool for enhancing societal well-being and stability, and exploring innovative solutions in banking and insurance sectors.
The forum became a platform for professional dialogue aimed at finding effective solutions for Kazakhstan’s sustainable development and strengthening the national currency’s position in the face of modern challenges.
