She stressed that digital technologies are greatly changing the country’s economic landscape and in the new realities it is very important to give girls and women new opportunities to work and build a career. Satbayev University, as the country's first technical university with a strong IT focus, can become one of the catalysts for these changes.

- I would like our successful women to be in the same community with beginners and help them in practice and by living example. We are finding a great response in the regions and this year we will be making regional representations. Student youth is one of our areas of interest. There are a lot of girls at Satbayev University who are very talented in technological fields, and we invite everyone to join our organization, Bikesh Kaidarovna said at the meeting, stressing that a proactive position is exactly what will help us harmoniously evolve our society.

Within the framework of joint projects, Satbayev University and Techno Women will hold joint educational events, develop joint research projects, open startups and transfer to Kazakhstan the foreign experience of women pursuing careers in technical specialties. This will help Kazakhstan achieve its ambitious goals and become the undisputed leader in digital technologies.
