I congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

This holiday reminds us of the importance of the right to choose and independence that are enshrined in our basic law. Thanks to Constitution, our country’s every citizen has the right to freedom of speech, thought and conscience, as well as to participate in elections and shaping the future of our state.

I wish us all to preserve this freedom and not to forget about its value.

May each of us be an active participant in our country’s life, striving for its development and prosperity.
