"Round table" in KazNRTU

On April 15, KazNRTU held a round table on the topic of "Problems of employment in a modern economy" - with the participation of 8 companies representatives: BIHolding, Schlumberger, ILF Consulting, Karaganda Foundry and Machine Building Plant, Basis-A Corporation, "Philip Morris Kazakhstan" LLP, "Baker Hughes",  "Tengizchevroil" LLP.
Within the framework of the round table were discussed a number of topical issues of the employment of young specialists in the conditions of the current global economic crisis, problems and prospects for cooperation with employers . The moderator of the event was Rinat Iskakov, Vice-rector of the University for Academic Affairs. In his speech, he expressed gratitude to representatives of companies and enterprises for close cooperation with the university in the issues of internship and employment of graduates.

Representatives of two companies made presentations, Gafur Asylkanov, manager for the selection of staff "Schlumberger" and Alexander Narezhnev, SVP Operations of the Karaganda Foundry and Machine Factory "Maker" LLP.

The conclusion of memorandum on cooperation between the University and "Basis-A" company was an excellent conclusion of the round table.
