Round table on the issues related to NPP construction in Kazakhstan was held at Satbayev University

Satbayev University hosted a round table for students and faculty dedicated to discussing the prospects for constructing the nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan. University students and faculty discussed the key advantages of nuclear energy for the country's energy sector.

Round table participants noted that nuclear energy can become an important source of stable and environmentally friendly energy that is especially important for Kazakhstan, which is striving to reduce its carbon footprint and diversify energy sources.

During the discussion, students actively asked questions about the environment, safety and modern safety technologies of nuclear power plants, which significantly reduce the risks of nuclear power plants.
