Satbayev University and Tsinghua University discussed the creation of a techno park in Almaty

As part of a working trip to Chinese universities, Satbayev University delegation visited Tsinghua University Science Park, China's largest science and technology park established at Tsinghua University. The main topic of the meeting was the construction of innovation hubs and the possibility of creating a techno park in Almaty based on Satbayev University.

During the negotiations, the parties reviewed successful models for evolving the ecosystem of technological entrepreneurship that can be adapted to the conditions of Kazakhstan. Mechanisms for supporting startups, commercialization of scientific developments and attraction of venture investments were discussed. In addition, special attention was paid to the issues of digitalization and the creative industries growth.
