Satbayev University graduate appointed as a Vice Minister of Energy

Nurlybay Sabit Nurlybayevich, a graduate of Satbayev University was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He worked in the structure of government bodies, particulary, in the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Parliamentary Administration and commercial enterprises. In 2004-2017, he was on the post of director of the Astana Housing Department; worked as an Adviser to the Minister of Education and Science, Director of the Administrative Department, Head of the Office of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Secretary General, Advisor to the general director of KazTransGas.

From 2017 to 2018 - Acting Deputy, Vice Chairman of the Environmental Regulation Committee and supervision of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since March 2018 to date, he served as adviser to the Minister of Energy.
